SINGAPORE, March 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), an international hospitality group with 145 hotels across key gateway cities worldwide, today announced the appointment of Cinn Tan as Chief Commercial Officer.
Cinn brings more than three decades of international hospitality experience across Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the United States. She has held senior leadership roles within leading hospitality groups and has a strong track record of advancing commercial capabilities, strengthening brand equity, and building high-performing teams across multiple markets.
Prior to joining MHR in January 2026, Cinn served as Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she led integrated commercial and marketing functions, including branding, loyalty, sales, revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing. She has also held senior leadership roles at Jin Jiang International and The Ascott Limited.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Cinn leads MHR’s global commercial strategy, overseeing branding, marketing, loyalty, sales, distribution, revenue management, and digital platforms. She will also play a key role in advancing the group’s global brand positioning and evolution, strengthening customer engagement strategies, and developing commercial talent, while driving enhanced performance across its international portfolio.
