Representatives of State Economic Development Corporations held a roundtable discussion centred on the topic of “Maximising Value and Yield of State-Owned Assets through REITs”.

Centred on the topic of “Creating New Value with Old Assets”, the event brought together esteemed industry players to share their insights on the feasibility of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) as a strategic investment option in an uncertain market. The panel consisted of REIT managers such as

The panel also featured tax consultants such as Hoh Yoon Hoong, Partner of Ernst & Young PLT and Yee Wing Peng, Country Managing Partner of Deloitte Malaysia as well as an investment expert, Professor Maxshangkar, Group CEO of Max Capital Management.
