The Interceptor by Boyan Slat rejuvenates the Klang River | Selangor Maritime Gateway

Boyan Slat, inventor and CEO of the Ocean CleanUp gives us his vision of eradicating 80% of the ocean’s plastics by starting at the roots – the rivers. His Interceptor, stationed at the Klang River, is the 2nd of a pilot project to clean 1000 of the world’s most polluted rivers. The Interceptor is a collaboration between the Selangor State Government and the Dutch government, headed by the project owner, Selangor Maritime Gateway, to develop the Klang River.
