Eversendai Corporation Bhd – a Malaysian construction company in structural steel design, engineering, and manufacture, installation of mechanical equipment and construction for power, oil, and gas process plants have successfully delivered a second offshore wind renewable energy project, the Hollandse Kust (Zuid) Offshore Wind Farm in the Netherlands.
In a statement, the Group stated that the foundation jacket structure for a 700MW high voltage current is now heading to its final destination in the North Sea. With the successful delivery of these offshore wind renewable energy projects, the Group aims to focus on further developing and growing its presence in the ever-growing renewable energy sector.
Some of the prominent structures built by Eversendai over the course of more than three decades of operations include the Petronas Twin Towers (Tower 2), Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Doha International Airport and Capital Gate Tower
