A new cargo flight between Hainan and the Philippines has been launched according to a report by Hainan Daily. The initiative by the Royal Air Philippines will involve flight operations between the Philippine Clark International Airport, Hainan Meilan Airport and Philippine Davao Airport.
With the utilisation of Airbus A319 aircraft, the cargo flight is said to be in operational three (3) times a week, with the first flight took place on June 10 – which had successfully transported nine (9) tonnes of consumers products.
The new cargo flight services are expected to deliver more products in the future that includes the handling and transporting of seafood.
Previously, Hainan Meilan Airport commenced new international and regional cargo flights with Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Republic of Korea, Russia, Singapore, Philippines and France.
