Cambodia is looking to leverage on the ever-increasing use of the internet and its popularity among all demographic segments. In a recent announcement, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Sam Heng Bora, launched the Cambodia Trade e-Market, dubbed as Cambodia Trade.
The initiative is aimed at facilitating trade of products and services from small and medium enterprises to local and foreign markets. The platform is expected to go live in August this year.
The Cambodian Ministry of Commerce is called on enterprises within the nation to join the initiative to enhance the nation export market globally, and at the same time, contribute to the advancement of national income and economic growth.
